The subject of this image is a woman, who has been cloned six times. she is wearing red. red is a bold colour which over powers the entire image. connotations of red include passion and love. in a sense it coukd be argued that the photographer has used one of the five rules of composition (fillinfg the frame) as the subject(s) takes up the entire canvas. The photograph has been taken indoors with controlled lighting. It seems as if the photographer has used a fast shutter speed allowing the models hair and dress to be captured mid movement without any blurs. The overall mood the photograph projets happiness.

This image is of a dancer, the photographerhas used a long exposure technique. The main colours in this image are red and blue, blue is a cold colour and red is a warm colour which creates a contrast as the two colours have opposite connotations. The ohotographerhas liked left the shutter on mannual and left it open for longer than a minute. The subject is captured mid air and there is a blur around him. There is a mood of serenity created due to the contrast of the colours.

IDEAS
Multiplicity using photoshop
Open up the images in photoshop and then drag one image on-top of the other so they overlap. make sure to aline the images perfectly and using the eraser tool erase where the subject is to give the illusion of multiplicity. Repeat this process for as many images as you want in order to show cloning and have the same subject multiple times in one image.

my initial idea was multiplicity showing movement using a fast shutter speed, however it did not have the desired effect, instead of looking like one person moving it looked like several people doing the same movement at the same time therefore i started to experiment with a slower shutter speed ( leaving shutter open for about 10 seconds) the long exposure gave the image movement lines, this made the image look more interesting and visually pleasing.
